Bio
Dr. Sebastian Klobuch is a medical oncologist at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC). His research focuses on adoptive cell therapies for solid tumors, including tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, T-cell receptor–engineered T cells, and CAR-T cells. He is closely involved in the development and clinical evaluation of next-generation cell therapy products across phase I–III clinical trials. With a dual background in oncology and hematology, including expertise in allogeneic stem cell transplantation, his work aims to translate innovative cellular immunotherapies into meaningful clinical benefit for patients with solid malignancies.
