Bio
Dr. Sebastian Klobuch is a medical oncologist at the Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) in Amsterdam and Medical Director of the Center for Cell Therapy. His research focuses on adoptive cell therapies for solid tumors, including tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes, T-cell receptor–engineered T cells, and CAR-T cells. He is closely involved in the development and clinical evaluation of next-generation cell therapy products across phase I–III clinical trials. With a dual background in oncology and hematology, including expertise in allogeneic stem cell transplantation, his work aims to translate innovative cellular immunotherapies into meaningful clinical benefit for patients with solid malignancies.
