Patient Expert Academy (PEAK): Virtual information event on 20.02.2025
The Patient Expert Academy (PEAK) invites you to an information event (in German only) on February 20, 2025 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. The event is aimed at all interested parties who would like to actively participate as patient representatives in clinical cancer research. Participants will receive an overview of PEAK's objectives and the new educational program.

To participate in our event, please register in advance.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with your personal access link to the event.
Virtual participation
The event will take place online as a video conference via Zoom. Participation via a laptop or PC is recommended.
In principle, however, participation via smartphone is also possible.

4th German Cancer Research Congress (GCRC)
The German Cancer Research Congress (GCRC) /(Deutscher Krebsforschungskongress, DKFK) is a joint event of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the German Cancer Aid (Deutsche Krebshilfe) and the German Cancer Society (DKG), together with the network of Comprehensive Cancer Centers (CCC-Netzwerk der Onkologischen Spitzenzentren), the German Cancer Consortium (DKTK), the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT), and the Division of Experimental Cancer Research (AEK) of the DKG.

The congress is a contribution to the National Decade against Cancer and aims to promote networking between various key players and stakeholders in the cancer research landscape in Germany, and to feature selected highlights and cutting-edge science from basic via preclinical to translational cancer research. Moreover, the German Prize for Cancer Prevention Research is awarded the third time.
