NCT Heidelberg
The National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg was founded in 2004 as a joint institution of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) and Heidelberg University Hospital (UKHD). German Cancer Aid supports the NCT Heidelberg as a Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Since its foundation, the NCT Heidelberg has focused on personalized oncology as a center-wide strategy. Its most important goal is to provide cancer patients with individualized care through the development of novel diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. The basic idea of the NCT Heidelberg is: Together against cancer - with focus on the patient.
