Bio
Joya Delgado Harris was formerly the Executive Director of the CEO Cancer Gold Standard for the CEO Roundtable on Cancer, where she led national initiatives such as Going4Gold to advance equitable cancer prevention, care, and outcomes. She brings extensive experience in research integration from her work at the American Cancer Society and is a nationally recognized advocate for patient-centered cancer research and policy. She serves as a Consumer Advocate Peer Reviewer for the U.S. Department of Defense’s Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program (CDMRP) and as a reviewer for the Cancer Prevention and Research Institute of Texas (CPRIT), and participates in advisory roles with Cancer Research UK and the National Cancer Institute. She holds a B.A. from Wellesley College and an M.P.H. from Emory University.
